Our Policy

We strive to give you the best customer service experience possible. We want to share our unique product with the world and we want you to feel beautiful wearing it. Please remember you are purchasing a refurbished product with a wonderful story to tell. This means that the ceramic in our pieces is not new, and as such has beautiful cracks and chips which tell the history of the piece. From the bottom of the ocean to perhaps a few hundred years on a family's shelf each piece comes with some wear. We hope each piece will continue its journey as a beloved piece of jewellery where its imperfection spark the occasion to tell its history. We ask that you read our policies carefully so we may ensure you enjoy your piece of jewellery without any concern.

Returns                                                              

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for absolutely any reason. We do not supply return postage and we do not reimburse shipping charges. We will issue the return of your payment, less any shipping charges, via the method of payment once the item is returned.

Return Process

If you would like to return an item purchased on-line please follow the process below:

  1. Place the item back in its original packaging or similar secure packaging
  2. Return to the following address:

  3. Send an email to info@salamudesigns.com letting us know that you are returning an item. Please provide the following information in your email.
  • Reason for return
  • Date you shipped the item
  • Tracking number for the package

   4. We will issue the reimbursement once the merchandise has been returned.

Exchanges

We are always happy to accept exchanges, especially if size or fit is not perfect. We do not supply return postage but will ship the new item to you free of charge. Please follow the same process as for returns but also specify in your email which item you would like to exchange your item for. As soon as we receive your email we will put your new item on hold for you. Items are shipped once the return item has been received.
